Yoga has been part of my life for longer than 20 years. My first encounter occured in the US, as a physical activity. Years later, back home in Brazil, together with the body movement I discovered infinite joy in deep meditative experiences and other yogi techniques such as sound healing, pranayamas, mantra chanting, the study of vedic philosophy. It was through my healing that I discovered the effectiveness of this spiritual technology called yoga and decided to share its teachings as my life dharma.
