The word yoga means union between mind, body and spirit, sometimes also called by breath and to practice it is to remove the fluctuations of the mind (Chitta Vritti Nirodha) that disrupts this natural innerconnection.  Through yoga we create a positive environment for happiness and healing to florish from within. As if a veil is lifted off your eyes, yoga can reconnect you to your true healthy, joyful, balanced nature.

Throughout my many years of continuous study, I am prepared to guide you through different types/levels of Hatha Yoga practices, which can focus on meditation, breathing conditioning, groundness and stabilty, flexibility and mobility, energy flow and restoration, emotional balance or trauma release.
