As a traditional yogic saying goes, in life one needs BUDDHA (faith/believe), DHARMA (purpose in life) and SANGHA (right group of people).

The intent of this group is to connect us beyond the mat, as unique beings going through our own journey of life but still sharing a common goal of happiness and liberation.
