About the event
For the third year in a roll, I have the honor to offer a yoga class at the beautiful instalations of Stenungsbaden Hotel, in celebration of Yoga International Day. All yogis/yoginis and yoga-interested people are welcome to participate in this moment of unity through this ancient knowledge of life, called yoga.
For 2025, I am planning on guiding you into a heart warming practice, where your body will flow openly and your mind will rest in calmness, both deeply connected to the power of awareness, prana, our life force energy.
