We begin with an interactive lecture by author and health scientist Henrik Beyer, who will guide us through the complexities of achieving and maintaining the body and health you desire. You’ll gain insights into what matters most for your well-being and explore how to make sustainable choices that enhance both your physical and mental balance.

Guided Self-Workshop - What is Health Balance for You?

Here, you will have time to reflect on your own health goals, focusing on what really makes a difference in your life. Henrik guides you through the process of identifying simple, yet effective changes that can have a big impact. This is an opportunity to concretize your goals and create a clear path forward, whether you are just beginning to think about your health or are already on your way to a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

18:30 - 18:45: Free time

18:45 - 19:45: Whole body work with Priscilla: Creating the Feeling of Balance

We will use breath and body work, together with guided meditation tools to bring us into a moment of inner connection. Within this class, you will have the opportunity to visualize what a healthy balance might look like for you. Creating your own definition of health and well-being, this program helps you strengthen your inner compass and clarify the steps you can take to reach it. It is a moment for reflection and self-exploration, where you can deeply explore what is important for your health and how you can begin to create the balance you long for in your life.

20:00 - 21:30: Enjoy Stenungsbaden Spa

The evening ends with time for relaxation in the spa's facilities, with different types of saunas, warm pools, ocean and recharging areas. Here you will allow yourself to reflect on the day's activities by simply enjoying the moment.
