17:30 - 18:30: Lecture by Henrik Beyer: How to Achieve Long-Term Sustainable Habits
Research is clear. For lifestyle changes to be long-term sustainable, we need both tools and support. In today’s lecture, we’ll explore how subtle adjustments in your environment, known as nudging, can guide you to make better health choices almost effortlessly. We also discuss the importance of social support – no change is easy to make alone. With the right support from family, friends, or colleagues, you can overcome resistance and achieve your health goals.
Guided Self-Workshop: Create Your Tools and Get Your Support
In this workshop, you will get exercises to identify what type of support and tools you need to successfully maintain your lifestyle change. We focus on defining your needs, exploring potential sources of support, and creating a concrete plan for how you can use these resources to reach your goals.

19:00 - 20:00: Whole body work with Priscilla Lêite: The Power of Letting Go
This special conclusion session, we will remind ourselves that we don’t hold the outcome, the results of our actions. Nonetheless, we all know that it is now, in the present moment, that lies the possibility of change. By choosing carefully our actions and thoughts, we can co-create a more fulfilling future, where we can unravel the feeling of true happiness that comes from within. This session will be an offering to relaxation, to restoration, to surrendering all the weight we have all been caring. By the end of this class, you will feel lighter, recharged, assured of your personal goals and confident of your inner strength.
20:00 - 22:00: Enjoy Stenungsbaden Spa
The evening ends with time for relaxation in the spa's facilities, with different types of saunas, warm pools, ocean and recharging areas. Here you will allow yourself to reflect on the day's activities by simply enjoying the moment.
