In today’s lecture, we’ll explore how subtle adjustments in your environment, known as nudging, can guide you to make better health choices almost effortlessly. We also discuss the importance of social support – no change is easy to make alone. With the right support from family, friends, or colleagues, you can overcome resistance and achieve your health goals.

Guided Self-Workshop: Create Your Tools and Get Your Support

In this workshop, you will get exercises to identify what type of support and tools you need to successfully maintain your lifestyle change. We focus on defining your needs, exploring potential sources of support, and creating a concrete plan for how you can use these resources to reach your goals.
