Finding balance in life is one of the most challenging obstacles we all face. Balance means coming back to your own pace, reconnecting to your essence and restablishing peace within mind and body. The purpose of this program is to present you Vedic philosophy in a gentle, understandable way, using practical real-life examples and applications. Going beyond the logical knowledge, the mental state, I will invite you to experiment this information in the body through movements (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditation. Our classes start with a 30 minutes lecture, followed by a 60 minute body/breathing workout. All materials and props necessary will be provided to participants., so you don't have to worry about a thing, just yourself! After our session, you can enjoy some nice, relaxing time at Bluewater Spa, allowing yourself time to reflect and absorb all the information received. Throught the whole program and afterwards, you will have access to my full support on my personal APP. Apart from extra content, there you will be able to share your experiences and insights within the group: a safe place for you to explore even further the connections built during the classes. Program Outline: May 9th - The constitution of oneSelf according to the Panchakosha perpective and the Yogic sleep. (Koshas + Nidra) May 16th - The forces of nature that impacts our lives and our own personal tendencies according to Ayurveda. (Gunas + Doshas) May 23rd - Awakening the fire of transformation within: your inner warrior. (Prana Vayus + Tratak) May 30th - Bringing the teachings into our daily lives.
