We explore theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, SMART goals, and Ikigai, focusing on how these can help you create a balance between external success and inner peace. The goal is to make your big thoughts about your life tangible and applicable in your daily life.

Guided Self-Workshop: From Insight to Action

In this workshop, we work practically to develop your own action plan. Get tools to set concrete goals, manage stress, and create balance in your life, based on philosophical and spiritual insights. Go from thoughts to action and create the change you are seeking.

18:30 – 18:45: Free time

18:45 – 20:00: Whole body work with Priscilla Leite: Manifestation of Change The evening continues with a session where you have the opportunity to integrate the day's lessons on a deep level. Priscilla Leite guides you through exercises that strengthen the connection between body and mind, and help you manifest the change you are striving for. This session combines physical movements with visualizations inspired by yogic principles, preparing you to take the next step on your journey towards a balanced and harmonious lifestyle. You will learn how to awaken your warrior and direct your inner strength towards your goals with this active class.

20:15 – 21:45: Enjoy Stenungsbaden Spa

The evening ends with time for relaxation in the spa's facilities, with different types of saunas, warm pools, ocean and recharging areas. Here you will allow yourself to reflect on the day's activities by simply enjoying the moment.
