This workshop will help you explore work, relationships, health, and personal growth through calming exercises inspired by these great thinkers. End with actionable insights to enrich your life

18:45 - 19:45: Whole body work with Priscilla – Anchoring in the Present

The evening session offers a simple and accessible introduction to yoga, especially tailored for those who may not be familiar with yoga but are curious about its benefits. Under Priscilla Leite's guidance, you will explore gentle movements and relaxation techniques that help you release stress and focus on finding balance in both body and mind. The exercises are designed to be comfortable and effective, giving you an opportunity to recover from the day's impressions and reconnect with your inner strength. It is not about performance, but about creating a sense of calm and well-being that you can carry forward into your daily life.

20:00 - 21:30: Enjoy Stenungsbaden Spa

The evening ends with time for relaxation in the spa's facilities, with different types of saunas, warm pools, ocean and recharging areas. Here you will allow yourself to reflect on the day's activities by simply enjoying the moment.
